Welcome to Shotokan Karate Club - JKA SKC

What do we do?

We practise the Shotokan style of karate. The standards taught are of the highest level in keeping with the technical requirements set by our Shihan Keith Geyer , Chief instructor of the JKA SKC Australasia.

JKA-SKC Australasia is an official registered branch of the Japan Karate Association; Nihon Karate Kyokai; and has been given permission by JKA Headquarters to be a representative group in Australasia. 

Our programmes are designed to cover the required curriculum in a positive environment whilst developing your coordination, quickening reflexes, and building stamina.

Through quality instruction, we empower club members to achieve their full potential. 

You will grow mentally and physically, you will learn life skills in a professional, safe, positive environment, and grow to become more confident, successful contributing members of our community.
